My Father is now 86 years of age. At the age of 85 he had trouble breathing. My Mother took him to his Doctor in which they ordered a chest x-ray. They did drain the fluid and we were told that he had Stage IV Mesothelioma. He was operated on by a great group of Doctors. He was a hard working man who provided a great life for my Mom, Brother and Myself. Little did he know or was told about the dangers of asbestos.
If you or someone you love has ever worked around this, please go and get checked. My Father is still battling this. He is home and is doing as well as he can. This year he had to have his other lung operated on. It has gone into both of his lungs. Being exposed to aspestos is a "Dead End." We need to Ban Asbestos Now!
